The warranty card confirms that the Beko brand products purchased by you are working properly and in case of its failure the seller will ensure its timely repair.
Warranty requirements
To receive warranty service in the service center, a warranty card must be submitted together with the payment document.The warranty card must indicate the date of purchase, model of the purchased item, username, surname and must have the seal of the seller organization.
In case of non-submission of the warranty card, the warranty period of the products purchased by you will be calculated from the year of release of the products.
The warranty does not apply when:
-In case of correcting the warranty card,
-In case of damage caused by mechanical impact;
-On accessories
-If the damage to the item is caused by its improper use and violation of the rules of operation;
-In case of contact with liquid or steam;
-If the damage is caused by a change in voltage, damping of the mechanism, corrosion, exposure to high and low temperatures.
In case of factory defect, the product is subject to replacement within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of sale. After this period, the customer has the right to request only the repair of the purchased products. The customer must submit the complete set of the item, without damage.
If the seller organization, within 30 days of receiving the product can not provide product repair, The item will be replaced with new products of the same type or value.
Warranty conditions are different in public service facilities (Restaurant, cafe, hotel, dry cleaning, salon and other similar facilities) The warranty period for household appliances is 1 year (Washing machine, dryer, gas stove and more);For small household appliances (Iron, hair dryer, mixer and more) The warranty period is 6 months after purchase.
